Hello

Meet Cam!  He’s from Dryden and joined us yesterday.  He seems like a good guy.  He just graduated from high school and plans to spend the rest of the summer at Tall Pines Camp.

Welcome aboard!

Welcome aboard!

The weather is awful this week!  It’s great for walleye fishing but horrible for all other purposes.  It is so cold today (high of 50 with wind) that I can’t get too excited about anything that involves walking out the door.  We’re supposed to get better later today and tomorrow.  I sure hope so.

Walleye fishing has been good at about 10-12 feet in the narrows between 2nd and 3rd Lakes.  One family was using yellow grubs for bait and caught some perch, walleye and northern!  Their kids ages 7, 5 and 2 all caught fish there.

Our buddy Eric from Kansas finally sent us some of his big fish photos.  You’ll find them posted on our website (www.tallpinescamp.com).  He also sent us some fun photos I thought I’d share here:
