We never realized how hard Santa's job was.  Thank you to the numerous folks who participated in our Dear Santa free trip giveaway contest.  It was overwhelming in reading all the touching and inspiring letters.  Every single entry was deserving.  From stories of cancer, to love and loss, from former Tall Pines staff to active military and retired veterans with PTSD, we saw hardships, know how those can take a toll, and wish we could have granted every wish.  We did create a second place prize of a free trip for one.  We have now reached out to the winners.  We are keeping the winners/nominees names and letters private and are excited to see them find joy in a surprise trip to Tall Pines next season!  Merry Christmas to all, and to all a Goodnight.



Dear Santa Contest

Tell us why someone special that you know deserves a trip to fish at Tall Pines Camp next year. Maybe they've had a tough year either emotionally, physcially, or financially. Maybe they always do for others and you want them to feel honored. Maybe its a special milestone for them and you want them to be able to celebrate at Tall Pines. Or maybe you're a student who wants to work on your persuasive writing skills and want to treat Mom/Dad/Uncle/Grandparent.  We know there are so many incredible people out there each with their own story.  This is your chance to tell that story, and our chance to give back in a meaningful way.
