Children Discounts:

• Children 5 and under are always FREE

• Ages 6-15 are only $200 during July/August/September ​

• Ages 6-15 are only HALF PRICE in May and June

• Those ages 16 and older are considered at the adult price

  • Note that cabin minimums must first be met to receive any of above discounts​

Campsites:

• RV Sites with water, electric, and sewer hookup:

  • $65 per night up to 2 people

  • Additional guests $15 each per person per night​​ 

  • Includes use of boat launch and dock slip (with electric) if one is available

* Fuel: Boat Packages include UP TO 28 gallons of fuel for the week.  Most of our guests will find that this is more than enough for the week.  Due to the high fuel costs we incur, we charge per gallon for any fuel above that amount (at current market rate).

We have a limited new inventory of 18' G3 aluminum boats with 50HP, 4 stroke Yamaha motors with power tilt/trim.  Pricing per person is $875 (2 per boat) or $830 (3 per boat)

***Packages are for 7 days/7 nights, Saturday-Saturday. There is a 4 night minimum pricing per person charge.  Daily rates begin at $120 per person for cabin only.

 

Payment Methods:

Cash and personal checks are our preferred forms of payment.

We accept Zelle and Venmo.

We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards for a 4.5% transaction fee.

Deposits:

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person is required to secure reservation.  Deposits are due within 10 days of making reservation.  Balance due at check-out.

Cancellation Policy:

If someone in party cancels and you are not meeting cabin minimums, you will still be responsible for paying the cabin minimum if you cannot find a replacement and/or a smaller cabin is not available.

​

If you cancel a group reservation more than 90 days before trip there will not be a cancellation fee, but you forfeit your original deposit.

​

If you cancel a reservation 30-90 days before your trip there will be an additional $200 per person cancellation fee, assuming we cannot fill that cabin.

​

If you cancel a reservation less than 30 days before your trip, there will be an additional $350 per person cancellation fee, assuming we cannot fill that cabin.

​

We will do our best to work with you if you need to revise your reservation and/or dates within the same calendar year.

​

Tall Pines reserves the right to request pre-payment in full any guest wanting to re-book that has previously cancelled a reservation with us.
