More Bear Shots

While I’m awaiting the rest of this week’s arrivals I figured I could post a few more bear shots.  In just one short week we’ll have our hunters in Camp.  They are chomping at the bit!

Seems the key to last week’s fishing success was jigging vs. trolling…for the most part.  We saw lots of good eater-sized walleye and northern.  I’ve added one very nice northern to our Conservation Awards page!  Jeff released a very nice 38″er!  Pat M. released two northerns–a 36″ and a 40″–but she wanted good, fast releases and did not take photos.  Tom and Dave both released big northerns and have promised to get photos my way.  Emma and her dad Troy each released big walleyes; I’m sure I’ll have photos next week.

Lisa and Bob were new to us.  Lisa loves to take pictures and has the camera to back it up!  She’ll be sending some good pictures our way this week.  I have some from Jerry a couple of weeks ago and will get them posted in the very near future.  I’ll try to make time between blueberry trips this week;)

Look at the butt on this one!
