Out With the Old

Two Camp dinosaurs were replaced within the last week:  the ice machine and the riding mower.  The mower just plain died.  Our marina jokingly offered us $5 per lb. for trade-in!  We kept saying, “One more season…”  Well, she decided that we had “one more seasoned” her for long enough.  Here is her replacement:

The ice machine simply needed to be replaced.  We had tried having it fixed up here, took it to the States last winter, etc., it just didn’t want to make ice in the hot weather and had trouble recovering if all of the ice was taken.  This is the new beast:

OK.  Gotta’ run!  It’s potluck night.  I’ve made bear sausage balls for an appetizer and a nice roast pork for entree.  It sounds like we’re going to have a nice variety tonight!
