Cancellation Policy

A Non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required to secure the cabin reservation. This can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or mailing a check. See website under "Contact Us" for details on where to send. Payment for stay is taken in person during your stay. Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle are all accepted for no fee. Credit cards are accepted in person for the fee that the credit card companies charge us (typcially 4%) Cancellation more than 90 days out the deposit is forfeited, but no cancellation fee Cancellation 30-90 days out the deposit if forfeited and a cancellation fee of $200 per person is required Cancellation less than 30 days of reservation date the deposit if forfeited and a cancellation fee of $350 per person is required Finding replacecements to fill a person cancelling in the group is encouraged. Reaching out with enough notice, we may be able to switch you to a smaller cabin or switch your week. Knowing that we are a small business with a short season, who book out 6-12 months in advance and it is very hard to fill last minute cancellations, we appreciate guests who understand we are counting on them to show up as much as they are counting on us to reserve them a spot.
